SAR AVIATION SERVICES PVT LTD was incorporated on the 02nd of Feb 2006 vide incorporation certificate no. U- 62200DL2006PTC145889 from Registrar of companies N.C.T. of Delhi & Haryana. The promoters are the first Directors. They are Capt. Girish Chandra Pandey, S/o Shri S.B. Pandey, and Mrs. Rashmi Pandey, w/o Capt. G.C. Pandey, Capt. G. C. Pandey is a commercial Pilot and gained experience over a period of 35 years in aviation industry and that is the inspiration to commence SAR aviation Services Pvt Ltd. Mrs. Rashmi Pandey was the Proprietor of M/S AVIATION SERVICES INDIA, a charter management company dealing in aircraft/ helicopter charters for State Governments, MNC/s, Semi-Govt. clients as well as the private parties. The organization was running since the year 2001 and was a name of repute in the Indian Charter Industry.
SAR Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd. is a full-service corporate aircraft sales, management, maintenance and charter company, based in the heart of India – New Delhi. We provide full range of aviation related services to our customers in the aircraft acquisition, aircraft sales, brokerage, leasing, charter, air ambulance, aircraft maintenance, management, consultancy, ground handling, meet and greet, Chardham yatra, flying training, drone training, ground classes, and many more.
The company was established to promote the aviation related ventures for the non-scheduled flights, aircraft and helicopter maintenance and related spares procurement for the aircraft and helicopter operating in India. By virtue of its operations, the organization also provides consultancy for aircraft and helicopter leasing, procurement, obtaining rights & permissions for operations and insurance provisions to the Indian aviation industry. The organization has to its advantage the required market knowledge to run successful non-schedule operations with additional fleet. Achieved Non-Schedule Air transport operator permit no. 05/2008 from DGCA by inducting one (01) Bell 206 BIII helicopter on outright purchased in the year 2008 and also outright purchased (01) Bell 407 helicopter which will be inducted on our permit soon.
We have also done agriculture spraying recently for Agriculture Ministry, Govt. of India for Locust Control. We also have previous experience in agriculture spraying as only our helicopters have the equipment used for the spraying.
SAR Aviation services Pvt Ltd is successfully running the business since its inception and making profits. There is vast market and even the total industry is unable to meet the demand. SAR is already full-fledged company with all infrastructure facilities. SAR has established brand in the industry in general and Capt. Girish Chandra Pandey, Director, has name in particular.
